Net Present Value explores the intersection of money, meaning, our impact and the legacy we create. 

Was focused on Impact, Income and Return in the context of real estate and impact investing but now 100% focused on using the power to the private markets to slow global warming and reverse climate change.

Carbon reduction and carbon removal is important and needed but so are intact ecosystems, habitat and biodiversity.  

If we destroy much more of our functioning natural systems it won't really matter how much carbon we remove.  The water cycles won't work and the Five Kingdom carbon cycle won't work either.

It seems natural, no pun intended, that nature has to be a part of any serious climate plan.
