George Falcon leads you on a 25 minute guided meditation. Recorded in an informal setting, in this guided meditation he is helping condition our mind to become used to the idea that we are not our brains or our bodies. We are not the content of our awareness. And once we realize the truth of that statement we can exercise our power to choose what emotions we want to have, when we want to have them and for how long we would like to feel that way. It includes 1) a 15 minute guided meditation; 2) a brief talk starting a minute 16 where George explains what it means to not be the content of your awareness and how this relates to the sleeping state; and 3) a final circle of sending and receiving loving feelings which you can simulate by imagining you are holding people's hands.
