Here is a 5 minute mindful eating meditation that you can listen to right before you eat a mile. So often, in Western society especially, we are eating on the go, scarfing down our food, eating in front of a screen. etc. Slowing down to truly enjoy our food & all of its nutritional benefits is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Next time you eat, I encourage you to try one of the three: 1) Take 3 deep belly breaths before inhaling your food 2) Try to chew a bite 10 times before swallowing 3) Remove a tablet, device or screen from your meal experience.
