Today's documentary is A Band Called Death, released in 2012, directed by Mark Christopher Covino and Jeff Howlett.

Death was a band created by three black teenage brothers in Detroit in the 1970s. Some say they invented punk. They were completely ignored, and then were rediscovered 30 years later...but only after a family tragedy would make the resulting embrace of the band bittersweet.
