In this episode of the Winning After The Fall podcast, Steve dives into the movie a beautiful day in the neighborhood about Mr. Rogers.
If you don't forgive others it's really just hurting yourself and those around you.
You can't let go of anger, depression, resentments etc. etc. until you learn to forgive.
You don't know what has gone on in other peoples lives to understand why they do or say what they do without being in their shoes.
You never know what's causing them to do or say the things they do.
You don't have to ever forget, but you must forgive to allow yourself to move on.
You can't truly love or forgive others until you can love and forgive yourself Find something to take out your frustrations and anger on.
Go pound on the piano keys like Mr. Rogers. Go raise hell on your motorcycle like Steve did growing up, or just go yell at the top of your lungs. Find something that allows you to take out your anger on.
