Dali is a 10-year Army veteran who came to America when she was only seven years old. We talked about some of the early challenges she faced, moving from Nicaragua. She and I discussed some of the military diversity stories, how some people had never seen a different race or origin until basic training before. 

Although we had fun, this episode was still packed with resources. Dali is a mother and I am a father. I asked many questions related to parenting. What should you do if your child is being bullied or is the one doing the bullying? I asked these questions.
