I’m Marlon. On this podcast, we pay homage to the dreamers and doers–in the wilderness of North America and worldwide. In this episode, I’ve shared insight into culture and tradition. What it means growing up Guyanese in America and what do you do after your dreams, Take Action!
At this Stop, we’ll be highlighting a Seven Train Dreamer, the creator of Q718, Marco Tejada.
Marco hails from Ecuador, where his passion for western sportswear and tennis shoes began. As he traveled from the equator to the East Coast, the influence of the western world began to enlighten his fascination for sports in North America. Marco “Q718” is a product of his environment. In the late 80's he moved to the 718 as an immigrant, he was awarded citizenship shortly after.
Know Thyself
“Man, Know Thyself” was written on Ancient African temple walls 14,000 years ago. So as to achieve Mysticism (Feeling interrelated with all creatures and thus having access to the Divine), “Know Thyself” was taught in Egyptian Mystery Schools as one's vital pre-birth Cosmic Organism origin.” These words were by Joseph A. Bailey II MD (Doctor of Medicine)
