A Better Version of Yourself

Listen Later

If you could change one thing about your day, that will boost your business and personal life, what would it be?

When asked this question, many folks will give answers around getting healthier, going to the gym, eating better foods, etc. However, there are precious few that actually follow through on the idea.

Our special guest is one you can partner with to get you there. He and his colleagues have an extensive background in the field of strength and conditioning. We are joined by Jim Goetz, Chief of Human Performance at Functionised Integrative Therapeutics.

Jim has coached a variety of athletes ranging from high school students, NCAA Division I football, NFL, MLB, MLS, USA Gymnastics, Olympic Athletes, NCAA Women’s basketball, professional boxing, NPC women’s figure, as well as some radio show hosts. Jim says, “By living as a champion in all aspects of life, one may win this title as opposed to haphazardly chasing down this idea.

In order to accomplish this, we must give 110% in all we do - No excuses, no exceptions. While being a champion in all aspects of life is not easy and it is far easier to complete tasks the wrong way; it's best to do things the right way as these habits breed success.”

Don't miss this episode, or Jim might take it out on your SMB Guy's next training session in his FIT Lab!
