Krista Andersen is passionate about living fully, family, conflict engagement, using words to heal instead of harm, and creating memorable experiences. Her passion for how words are used to heal and harm led her to the field of mediation where Krista is devoted to helping clients learn how to engage in conflict in healthy ways.  Knowing that conflict is a constant in our lives, Krista seeks to educate people on how what they say and write has a deep impact on their relationships and personal well-being.  Her personal mantra is “words matter.” Further, as a Cancer Survivor she discusses how she found joy in the journey and was able to overcome grief, fear and resentment to use her experience as an opportunity to inspire.  Krista is an example of how we can use our trials as a platform to become the best version of ourselves.  And though the road will not necessarily be easy it will give you strength and fortify to overcome all.
