Full Bloom Pod

A Between Seasons Update from Us

Listen Later

Hi Bloom Squad!

This is just a short little update to share with you our reflections and intentions for how we’re moving into the next season of the pod. We’re making some changes around here!

This podcast started in 2021, when we lived together, and we wanted to share our conversations, evolutions, discoveries, and passions with the world from the cozy comfort of our bedrooms. The whole point was to explore “the process of becoming the fullest version of ourselves,” and we started interviewing folks who inspired us, who we saw as being in their “full bloom” to support us in learning how to continue blooming, ourselves.

Since the beginning, this podcast has become a space where folks can access so many different voices and experts sharing on a wide variety of topics within the feminist health & wellness space, and we are so grateful for the rich experiences we’ve had, the incredible conversations we’ve shared, and how you’ve come along with us for the ride for the past 5 years.

What we’ve realised however, is that throughout the process of bringing other voices in, we moved away from centralising our own voices, being our own experts, and focusing on our own blooming to prioritise space for others. And while we have loved sharing the mic with so many wonderful humans, we’re taking the mic back this season.

So as we move into Season 6, it’s just going to be us.

It’s going to be less formal, less structured, less scheduled. We’re going back to yapping about whatever the fuck we want (shoutout to our original intro) and following our curiosity as it arises.

We’re going to bring you more authentic episodes that come from genuine curiosity, rather than a schedule.

And most importantly, we’re coming home to one another.

So in Season 6 we’re coming back to our roots. We’re simplifying. We’re not trying as hard.

We hope you’ll come along with us ♥
