Paying homage to Dawn and Jenny's first Creation The Road So Far con and Matt Cohen's hotdog enthusiasm, we took the plunge and created a hot dog theme cocktail. Dirty Frank Recipe

1 oz pickle whiskey (we used Doc Schmickle's Pickle Whiskey)

1 oz rum of your choice

1 oz hot dog water - Yeah, the water that hot dogs have been boiled in.

3/4 oz simple syrup

3/4 oz lemon juice

Garnish: pickle slice, hotdog slice, one pearl onion

- Dip the rim of your glass in pickle juice then rim the glass with celery salt.

- Add in all the ingredients, stir, and serve with the garnish.

MOCKTAIL

Substitute the rum with nonalcoholic rum or omit.

Substitute the pickle whiskey for pickle juice, dill or sweet is your choice.

All other ingredients are the same.
