Jesus is adept at speak to us exactly as we need to hear him. Saul of Tarsus would learn this better than anyone; as sure of himself as anyone could be, he is met by Jesus in a blinding flash of light. The encounter was unmistakable, and it changed him forever. The same thing happens today.
