We start March off with a bang! First up is Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right and Killer Hogs BBQ Team. Malcom is actually in transit getting his brand new competition trailer that we have talked about in past segments. We will get the latest feedback from him on this project, talk about his recent trip to Jamaica and find out how to make his Mississippi Po-Boy that is currently on his YouTube Channel!
After Malcom, I will be joined by BBQ Hall of Fame'er and BBQ Central Show Guest Hall of Fame'er, Dr. BBQ Ray Lampe! Ray made a big announcement yesterday saying that his 17 year run with Big Green Egg has ended. We will talk about what led to that decision and what he has in the pipeline for 2020! We will also talk about his recent partnership with the Turkey Federation and what he will be doing for them while spreading the good word of turkey. Of course, we will get a Dr. BBQ restaurant update as well. Always a fun time with Ray!
