We had a great conversation about why she decided to quit her job and move to Jamaica, her adjustment to life on the island, the types of businesses she believes would thrive in Negril, and advice for people considering moving to Jamaica. We also discussed her path to becoming a Kemetic yoga instructor, writing a book, and hosting her own yoga retreats.
