Communities Minister Gordon Lyons joins Gavin Robinson for a discussion on the recent budget announced by the Finance Minister John O'Dowd. They discuss why, when the Executive has produced and agreed a Programme for Government, the Finance Minister won't support that with funding for the priorities they have already set out. With not enough money for social housing in the Budget, Gordon also asks whether it's really a priority for Sinn Fein and how they'd probably oppose the same budget if it was brought forward in the Republic of Ireland.
