Fr. Tony Rigoli is a Buffalo native who is now a pastor at Our Lady of Guadalupe in New Orleans. His church is four blocks away from Bourbon Street. This past Sunday was his first Mass since the terrorist attack on New Year's Day. He tells us how the city continues to heal after yet another tragedy.
