A call for unity for all aviv barley search teams, whether Messianic, Jew, or Karaite, to come together and standardize a process for determining a uniform definition of "aviv barley", based upon the Scriptural requirements necessary to proclaim the month of aviv.
An agreeable process for determining the beginning of the Biblical year MUST be established for all who desire to celebrate the appointed times of the Creator…as close to the ancient ways as possible.
This call for unity stems from the 2016 aviv barley search, resulting in differing reports which has caused much confusion and perhaps, a fractured unity between many of the Messianic and Karaite communities throughout the Diaspora.
