There comes a point when what needs to be said can only be done one way: directly. This is one of those times. Everyone, myself and Karianne included, can stand to benefit from hearing what needs to be said without pulling punches. What was said in this episode has been said 10x over internally between us over the past few weeks (and longer), so trust me when I say we are all in this together.

This podcast is a call to action to be aggressive with working on yourself, serving, leading, and thriving amidst the environment we are operating. Some of what's said will sound harsh, but I assure you it is no harsher than the consequences of inaction, avoidance, and wasted opportunity.
