I begin Part 4 of Weather as a Force Multiplier - Owning the Weather in 2025 with the subsection, "Artificial Weather", on page 27.

Here, we begin in Chapter 4; "Fog", and migrate into "Artificial Ionispheric Mirrors" and "Storms". 

In 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against the Honeywell Uranium Conversion Plant, located in Metropolis, Illinois.  The plant is the only one in the U.S. of its type.  The Lead Council/Lead Attorney representing the plaintiffs in the case, Kevin Thompson, joins me to dig into the details regarding the Honeywell plant's disregard for their workers, the surrounding people, families, air, water and soil.  Honeywell intentionally and accidentally released radioactive uranium, thorium, plutonium, and other illness-causing substances into the environment.

In December 1994, the Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force (CSAF) tasked Air University to conduct a study to identify the concepts, capabilities and technologies the United States would require to remain the dominant air and space force beyond the first quarter of the 21st century. The study was called Air Force 2025, or 2025 for short.
