True worship is to express God's worth and value to you. It is praise on steroids because praise can be altered by circumstances and situations, but true worship presses beyond what you're dealing with or going through.

Genesis 4 begins with the tragedy of Cain killing Abel, but ends with a divine shift and new level of prayer and praise.
