ok asides from the unusually large amount of times i said "bogs" in this episode i hope you were able to resonate and find some value from it.
i am a strong believer that anyone can really achieve what they put their mind to and i know there are so many ups and downs we get hit with every day: doubt, anxiety, purposelessness, life events. however despite this, you can achieve what you put your heart to. i am in no way "there" yet but i hope this small list of things i've learned so far can help you too.
