Chief Learning Officer Dr Will Sampson, PhD recently sat down with Nurse Practitioner Jamie Smith. Jamie’s passion lies in providing educational opportunities and support to staff in long term care facilities. In this week’s episode she’s laying out the WATER tool; something she developed in conjunction with National Association of Health Care Assistants, or NACHA, to help CNAs feel empowered in helping provide the best care for long term care patients.
