My guest today, Adam Merino has been podcasting since Ben Affleck was Batman. Like many of us, he found his way into podcasting as a hobby but quickly developed a passion not only for hosting but helping others create their own projects. He currently hosts three podcasts, A Case for the Mondays, A Case for the Underdogs, and Enjoy Fort Wayne and produces a handful of others, including his father's podcast Misfit Mentor.

In this episode, Adam shares his adventures in podcasting and offers some great insight and best practices when it comes to engaging with and growing your audience via social media.
