Interview with Dr. Calum MacKellar, who is Director of Research of the Scottish Council on Human Bioethics. Dr MacKellar is a witness in the case of a young woman with Down’s syndrome who is challenging what she calls the ‘discrimination’ in the current abortion law, which allows a foetus to be aborted up to birth if it has Down’s syndrome.
