Initially we invited Kat on to chat about a topic that came up during her chat with Triathlon Taren. This was in relation to the amount of hours she trains now and what she was doing when she was an Age Grouper.
We ended up talking about so many things its hard to list them!! Nice length for a turbo listen and I hope you can take something from this.
