Doug has served as a youth minister and as a senior pastor in the San Francisco Bay Area, on the faculty of a Christian college in New England, and as a transitional pastor for churches in California, Arizona, Kansas and Texas, and is currently the transitional pastor at Community Covenant Church in Lenexa, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. He has also served as a leadership coach with hundreds of local congregations over 20 years.
