Nancy Lake is in her second year at Shaw University where she serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA).

In her role at Shaw, Lake is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Athletic Compliance Program.  She serves as the primary NCAA compliance officer with direct responsibility for coordinating and monitoring the athletics department’s NCAA, conference and institutional rules & regulations.  As SWA, she participates on the senior management team and is one of the key decision makers instrumentally involved with the athletics department.  Lake is charged with strategic ways to support and manage gender equity and Title IX issues. Additionally, Lake is the Sports Administrator for the Women’s Bowling, Softball and Volleyball programs.
