Nick Clement is the owner of NKC Choreography, which specializes in high kick intensives and pom, kick and team performance choreography.  Nick is a former Disney dancer, but now works full time with dance teams and has been an instrumental part in the success of many teams on the national level.  He shares so many tips on form and technique that can be applied to any dance team style.  AND he's hilarious!  I love this guy and you will too.
