The Five Count recently had a chance to speak with musician Kiran Ahluwalia. With roots in Sufi, Qawalli, Ghazal and Punjabi folk, Kiran crafts her own contemporary songs in the great vocal styles of India and Pakistan. She’s also a two-time Juno Award winner.
