hey everyone! we know it’s been a while but we PROMISE (hope) that we’re back on track with posting every other sunday. in this episode today (which we actually filmed a few weeks ago), we visited the "Together Center" in the King County area to chat with NAMI counselors who take the time to be vulnerable with us and explain what made them get into their professions, their roles at NAMI, their goals, and how youth can seek help when they’re struggling with their mental health. we hope to do more of these informative eps in the future to get youth the help that they need.
