It’s nice to acknowledge all of the beautiful aspects of our cultures and differences, but it's also important to acknowledge our flaws in pursuit of equality. While we have made big strides towards it, there is still a long way to go before we can say it's all peaches and cream.

It can be easy to overlook the perspectives of others, but staying curious and listening to their stories can provide some insight into how and why they see the world the way they do. While we all have similar experiences growing up, looking into the differences in our upbringings and our journeys can be eye opening in embracing and celebrating our cultural differences.

A phrase that many bi-racial people have come to know very well. Living in a westernized country (Although becoming increasingly multicultural) and being non-white can still be seen as different and foreign despite where you may have grown up. In this episode we dive into the experiences of some of these people and explore their opinions on the matter.
