There are a number of reasons why a church experiences division. But certainly, not having patience for one another can be a very divisive thing. The Word of God exhorts to strengthen each other and encourage one another to love and good deeds, but as Pastor David points out, it often doesn’t work out that way. Every church, out of obedience to Christ, must learn to follow JESUS example by growing in love and putting personal differences aside to further God’s work for the glory of Christ.
