Welcome to season 4! This episode is my message about setting goals. I believe it takes one simple thing to make positive strides towards your goal, and that is getting into the right mindset. I had a great opportunity to have a conversation with one of my coaches who is a mindset mentor. She convinced me the way people can achieve goals is to get laser focused and not allow distractions to cause you to lose your focus. I learned from our discussion that the early morning of a day is probably the most favorable time to strengthen your mind. Why, because it may be the most peaceful time you'll have during the day. I truly had a great time collaborating with her on this topic. A topic I truly love!
