CJ Clontz was diagnosed with HIV 2 months after learning he was about to become a father. At the time, no life saving therapies had been developed to combat this disease, and, in fact very little was known about it. CJ was left with little more than a death sentence and the stigma of an untouchable. His accounts of fighting prejudice in his work place and for care in the hospitals show the strength of his will to survive and thrive. CJ has a unique perspective that he credits with saving his life.
CJ, 48, was born in San Antonio Texas and lived there most of his life. He has a wonderful healthy son who is 21 and a brother and two sisters. CJ became a flight attendent 9 years ago and now lives in Orlando Florida. Join us on Thursday May 20th as CJ recounts his story and belief that his life is an ongoing adventure!
