Palm Sunday is one of those feel good stories. The crowds welcome Jesus to Jerusalem as the “Son of David”- the king of Israel. They were hoping the he would re-establish the nation of Israel and through off Roman rule. Jesus is coming as king, but his kingdom is not what his disciples and the crowds were anticipating on that first Palm Sunday. “A Complete Picture of the True King” is part of our “Easter, 2021” series.
