Justin is the Senior Technical Director and Team Leader of the Pavements Design team at Arcadis, the largest non-governmental pavement design team in Australia - presiding over design, consulting and construction work. Justin holds over 37 years of experience in his field which encompasses most facets of pavement engineering, including rigid pavements, flexible pavements, asphalt, sprayed sealing, materials technology, pavement condition and strategy development in both operational and research contexts.    In this episode, your host, Elizabeth McIntyre and special guest, Justin Moss, have an interesting conversation which covers topics such as;
