I spent the majority of my life living with debilitating depression and anxiety and like many when the pills didn't work, I turned to self-medicating and soon to be addict on the verge of losing my life. By my early 30s I was on 17 pills a day. I had everything from fibromyalgia to ulcerative colitis and so much more. With each pill came a new side effect which was met with yet another pill to combat that side effect. These pills caused a weight gain of 170lbs. The weight came on so fast that I was told I would be wheelchair bound within 3 months. My depression was so severe I was told I needed to live in a mental institution because no amount of pills could help me.

I turned to natural remedies and a vegan lifestyle as a last resort. One by one every single disEASE left my body, even ones we are told there is no cure for, even my depression and anxiety completely is gone. I am now 7 years without any illness and 5+ years no depression or anxiety. All healed naturally with food and by learning to balance mind body & spirit.

I share my journey and use what I went through to help others learn to find their balance of mind body & spirit because when one is off, they all are. I help others learn the gut mind connection, society is so busy trying to work on the mind and not paying attention to the source of the problem. I teach the importance of meditation, gratitude, trusting your higher self and letting go... I help free people of limiting beliefs and self-doubt as well as conventual remedies.

I do online workshops, courses as well as one on one coaching and have a vegan wellness retreat coming this fall.
