This week on Little Miss, it’s a conversation about masculinity vs. femininity. I’m joined by my friend Piay as we unpack her experience growing up being frequently misgendered—and how that shaped the way she sees herself, men, and gender as a whole.

We talk about the assumptions people make based on appearance, how masculinity and femininity are often misunderstood, and the ways those labels impact how we move through the world. Piay shares her unique perspective on men, while we both question what these traits actually mean beyond stereotypes.

Of course, we also get into our ideal world—what it would look like if masculine and feminine qualities weren’t boxed in, judged, or weaponized, but instead balanced, respected, and chosen freely.
