Held by Ratnaguna and Arthaketu at Manchester Buddhist Centre on 19th April 2012 as part of the Rainy Season Retreat

The theme of this intensive urban retreat was the Five Stages of the Spiritual Path, and the participants were local Order members and Mitras within the Triratna Buddhist Community.

The audio version, but not the video, includes about twenty minutes of questions and answers from the retreatants.
