So this is a little out of the ordinary which is why this episode is called a 'Sunday Special'. I had a morning of epiphanies that involved overcoming the feeling of fear then went for a run after my gut was telling me I had to go. Only to cross paths with a stranger who I would never have stopped for, but decided to give him 5 minutes of my time. And I got to know his story and that conversation with a guy who's name is Jett, may have just changed my life.
