Amanda Smithfield is a high school librarian from Nashville, Tennessee who started an organization called ProjectCiv to encourage students of differing political viewpoints to come together and discuss their ideas in a respectful and civil manner.  We had an interesting conversation full of insights on how to bridge the political divide in America.
