Another cancer thriver, Marji Keith, joins the podcast today to talk about her journey, and how she not only overcame cancer but also how that motivated her to help others.
Marji Keith wears a few hats - she's a Cancer Terrain Advocate, positive psychology coach (ICF-certified), and health coach who focuses on the metabolic approach to cancer. After beating cancer herself over eight years ago, she helps people flip the script from just managing disease to actually building real wellness - creating a body where cancer and other lifestyle diseases just can't thrive.
Her background is pretty cool - she's lived all over the world and used her own healing journey to develop ways to guide others through major lifestyle changes. She brings clarity, compassion, and science-backed strategies to the table.
When she's not helping others, you'll find her enjoying her almost-empty nest as a mom, catching waves windsurfing, hitting the pickleball court, exploring new places, or running her Airbnb in the Dutch Caribbean. For Marji, it's all about mixing purpose with a good dose of fun.
