Dean Jones is responsible for leading and directing equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives for Viterbi School of Engineering. We discuss Dean Jones's expertise from leadership roles at highly selective engineering schools and her research on experiences of underrepresented minority students in engineering disciplines. Dean Jones also shares how she pushes Viterbi to be equity-minded and her vision for what is to come.
