In this episode we visit with Dr. Janice Wise, professor at the University of North Carolina  at Charlotte.  In slightly over an hour, we discuss with Dr. Wise her current life journey and how it has taken her to the highest level of academia and her role as a Professor.  As a classmate who was on a similar journey, we discuss our thoughts at this point and our new role in preparing future leaders
