Gina Ciarcia is a military spouse, mother of five, school teacher and a candidate for the 2nd District Delegate in Virginia.

Gina is not a politician but she is a concerned citizen who wants to make a difference. She is concerned with what she sees happening in our schools and community and decided she wants to do more than complain. She wants to fix some problems here in Virginia.  So she is putting herself out there.
