Jess has been my teacher, mentor, and Alexander goddess over the past few years and I’m so glad that she agreed to carve out some time, after 4 hours of sleep, to talk to me. I wanted to have this conversation because I’ve always deeply admired the way she holds a room, reveals her honest to god truth,  and the energy and knowledge that she radiates and shares with everyone.
