The Ontario Wine industry is full of legendary people that are instantly known by their first name - e.g. Thomas, J-L, Shiraz ... for this episode we are joined by Jonas. Jonas Newman is the winemaker at the Grange of Prince Edward (he is also the partner and winemaker at Hinterland) in Prince Edward County. This will be Jonas' first time attending i4C - and he joins André Proulx to discuss what he is looking forward to.
