However, after he was released from prison he was taken back into custody and sent to a shadow prison disguised as a hospital and treatment program called MSOP (Minnesota Sex Offender Program) under the false assumption Daniel was mentally unstable and unable to be a productive member of society.

This shadow prison has been home to senseless deaths and hundreds of cases of people (men, women, and transgendered are all kept together) being held without ever being charged, in some cases for over 40 years.
