Beth Gatlin is a mother of two and credits everything she is to her children Lyra (Leera) and Lennon. She comes from a past that includes trauma, abandonment, depression, and addiction. Her turning point came in the form of a spiritual awakening while in the midst of her darkest days. Her life transformed into one of healing and she’s passionate about finding ways to serve others that resonate with her story. Currently she’s a virtual assistant  working with life coaches and authors who are on a similar mission as she. She's also writing her own book, and has a blog on healingaddict.com and her newest project just launched—her own podcast called The Healing Addict.
