Welcome back to Season 2 of Epic Talks:The Podcast! On this week episode we speak with Tamairo Moutry! She is a Keynote Speaker, a Real Estate Broker, & CEO in 4 states. She's also a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native. Tamairo has been in the real estate profession since 2004 and has a background in teaching and mortgages. She owned a mortgage company in the past. She's also member of the IARP (International Association of Real Estate Professionals). She has start 4 companies in different states: Georgia’s Best Real Estate Services, Milwaukee’s Best Real Estate Services, and Florida’s Best Real Estate Services. Tamairo has sold more than 100+ properties in one calendar year while employed by another Broker in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Succeeding as the top sales agent before leaving that firm to start my own real estate brokerages in 2012. Tamairo also has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and 18 graduate credits towards her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
Not only is she a Power House all by herself but she also became a real estate instructor in the state of Wisconsin. She administers
real estate education courses to current and potential real estate agents and brokers in Wisconsin. Her specialties are in distressed Real Estate,
credit education, credit boosting, and lease options. She's also a landlord, Investor, and rehabber. Owning several rental properties, she also manages them for other investors and landlords. She've recruited and mentored many sales agents at Jason Scott Realty, as well as recruited a few back office staff. Her objective in life is to reach out to and connect with as many business professionals, multiple real estate investors and first time home buyers worldwide, who have an interest in investing in Georgia, Wisconsin, Florida and Illinois real estate.
